Earlier it was said that girls eat Golgappa the most, but in today’s times, both girls and boys are seen eating Golgappa with great gusto. In present times, crowds of people automatically go to the places where golgappas are served in a better way. People taste Golgappa with great enthusiasm. Also, asking for dry papdi at the end and eating it makes people very happy. There is a stall of “Golgappa Labh” near Ambedkar Chowk in Buxar, there is a crowd of people throughout the day.

Rahul tells that he brings all the ingredients from home. Golgappa is prepared in such a way that it tastes crunchy when eaten. Not only this, complete care is taken of cleanliness near the stall. This is why people like to come here and eat. The water of Golgappa is made by mixing many types of ingredients. Mint chutney, tamarind chutney, curd, chickpeas, everything is served along with Golgappa. All items are kept in separate containers for storage. Here people eat a lot of Dahi Papdi along with Golgappa.
Sales of three to four thousand are made daily
Rahul told that he has been setting up a Golgappa shop at the same place for about ten years. The shop is now completely set up. People come from far and wide to eat Golgappa here. They serve 5 pieces of Golgappa for Rs 10. He told that he had a passion for doing business from the beginning, so he started his own business. Rahul believes that no work is bad.
If it is done with full dedication and hard work, one can earn a good amount of money. People go out of here and do business, but I stayed here in Buxar and started my Golgappa business. Earn three to four thousand rupees a day. In which a profit of Rs 1500 to 2000 is made. Wedding: The demand for Golgappa increases during the wedding season.
