Explaining the secret of the taste of this pakora, Nandi said that gram flour contains a mixture of chillies, ginger and the method of preparation is also special. On the other hand, Ujjwal Kundu of Jagatbandhu Bhandar told about the recipe of this famous pakoda, ‘The biggest factor behind the taste of Phuluri is how the gram flour batter was prepared. In this, its flavor is prepared with asafoetida, badrak, chili etc.

Now let us also tell you that you can get the flavor of Phuluri at Gulbaj Junction at Jagatbandhu Bhandar from 8.30 am and at Futur Tea Shop from 6 pm every evening. That too at the rate of 50 paise only.
