Vinay Agnihotri/Bhopal. Dosa is a dish which originated from South India but today it is a favorite food of the entire country. Generally only 2 to 3 varieties of Dosa are available in shops. But, such a shop has opened in Bhopal, where not one, not two but 111 types of dosa are available. The taste of Dosa is available at a shop named ‘Dosa Crush’ near Gulmohar Colony, behind Aura Mall, Bhopal.
Honorable Nilesh Tiwari told that we have started a new concept of Matka Dosa in Bhopal for fast food lovers. Which is available in our shop. The specialty of Matka Dosa is that it takes about 3 minutes to make. Its size is 9 inches. The customer will get this for just Rs 220. Apart from this, you will get to eat 111 types of dosa here.
This is how matka dosa is made
To make dosa, first mixed vegetables are seasoned with chaat masala, ketchup, soya sauce and other things. After this, pieces of cheese are added and the whole thing is roasted a little more. Mayonnaise is also sprinkled separately on a small pot. The ingredients for making it include chopped cabbage and cheese. After this dosa is made on the pan. After adding the filling for some time, a lot of cheese is grated on top. Finally, the dosa is made into a round shape and placed in the pot.
