Along with this, every nodal officer and MDO will be included on the iGOT portal. Not only this, all the personnel of each department will be included on the portal through nodal officers. Apart from this, organizing monthly meetings regarding uploading of personnel and course material by the departments and monitoring the onboarding of personnel and course material uploaded on the portal by various departmental nodal officers is also included in its major responsibilities.
The aim is to increase efficiency, transparency and accountability
The objective of Mission Karmayogi is to increase the efficiency, transparency and accountability of civil servants so that they can better face the social and economic challenges of the country. Through this mission, continuous education and training is being provided for the personal and professional development of civil servants. Under Mission Karmayogi, the government introduces employees to new technology, leadership skills and administrative reforms, so that they can work more efficiently and effectively. It also includes training and development programs for officers at various levels so that they can constantly gain proficiency in their field of work. For this, the iGOT Karmayogi portal has been created, where government personnel are provided with various courses to improve their qualifications and skills.
