When it turns brown, reduce the flame and add sugar. Mix it well. Now add water to it and cook. When the water dries up, add one more tablespoon of ghee and stir. If you want, you can also mix dry fruits like raisins, pistachios, cashews, almonds as per your wish. Nutritious Madua pudding is ready in just 10 minutes.
