Method of making Maduwa flour pudding
It is very easy to make Madua flour pudding. You will not need many things for this. First of all, keep a pan on the gas. Add ghee in it and heat it. Now add Madua flour and fry it on high flame. When it turns brown, reduce the flame and add sugar. Mix it well. Now add water to it and cook. When the water dries up, add one more tablespoon of ghee and stir. If you want, you can also mix dry fruits like raisins, pistachios, cashews, almonds as per your wish. Nutritious Madua pudding is ready in just 10 minutes.
