According to the report published in Times of India, ED had once sent summons to Shahrukh Khan. ED has summoned him on forex violations as he had undervalued the shares of Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) team. The ED had concluded an audit that the value of Kolkata Knight Riders shares was undervalued during the transfer transaction. In April 2015, the ED had summoned Shahrukh, interrogating him about the violations during the investigation of IPL cricket teams in which several rules of money transactions were violated, the ED found out that Shahrukh, the owner of team KKR Had also violated some rules.
