The ED had concluded an audit that the value of Kolkata Knight Riders shares was undervalued during the transfer transaction. In April 2015, the ED had summoned Shahrukh, interrogating him about the violations during the investigation of IPL cricket teams in which several rules of money transactions were violated, the ED found out that Shahrukh, the owner of team KKR Had also violated some rules.

Why did you buy KKR?
Recently Lalit Modi has told in an interview that Shahrukh Khan Actually wanted to buy Mumbai Indians but Mukesh Ambani bought it. After which Kolkata was his last choice.
