To make Reshmi Tikka you will need
Chicken- 250 grams boneless
Turmeric powder- half teaspoon
Ginger paste- 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste- 1 teaspoon
Curd- 1/2 cup
Cream – half cup
Oil- 2 spoons
Lemon- one
Garam masala powder- 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder- half teaspoon
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Black pepper powder- 1 tsp
Small cardamom powder – half teaspoon
Ground cloves – 4-5
Cinnamon powder- half teaspoon
Mango powder- 1 tsp
Reshmi Tikka Recipe
First of all cut the chicken into small pieces. It would be better if you buy boneless chicken from a chicken shop only. Put it in a bowl and add oil, ginger, garlic paste, turmeric powder, curd, lemon juice, cream, salt and all the hot spices like cumin, coriander, black pepper powder, small cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and salt and mix well. Do it. Now keep it in the fridge to marinate for 1 hour. If you have an oven in your house then making reshmi tikka will be easy. Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes. Now roast the marinated chicken in the oven by placing it properly in the oven tray. Keep turning occasionally. Check with a fork if the chicken is cooked and remove it from the oven. Put it in a plate and add mango powder and lemon juice on it. You can also garnish with thin onion rings and coriander leaves. It will be more enjoyable if you eat it hot. You can also cook it by putting it in a skewer.
