The story of a young woman who believed she was possessed was so hair-raising that a Hollywood film was made on it. This unique story of a girl named Annelies Michel began when at the age of 16, she first had a paralytic attack and then started having epileptic seizures. Soon he started feeling that he was possessed by demons and his behavior started becoming strange. She even started eating spiders and barking like dogs. When all the medical treatments failed, he started getting exorcised. But ultimately the story ended with his death at the age of 23.
At just 16 years old, Annelies Michel’s young life was turned upside down when she experienced full body paralysis. After this, terrible demonic faces started appearing. After becoming frustrated with the doctors, he turned to the Church for help, where he had to undergo 67 exorcisms.
Despite trying to live a normal life, Annelies was plagued by her ‘possession’, which caused her to speak in tongues, attack family members with incredible force, drink their own urine, eat spiders and eat dog’s feces. She used to bark like that.

Her life became the inspiration for three films, including The Exorcism of Emily Rose. Born in 1952 in Bavaria, West Germany, into a devout Catholic family, Annalies had a simple upbringing, attending mass every week. Shortly after turning 16, Anneliese experienced a seizure which she quickly recovered from. Then he started having epileptic seizures. Despite taking medicine the condition did not improve.
She went to her local Catholic church, where a total of 67 exorcisms were performed, 42 of which were recorded. But despite all this, Anneliese showed no signs of improvement. He died of starvation at the age of 23, weighing only 66 pounds at the time of his death. Whereas the Church believed that it was a tragic result of demonic possession and unsuccessful exorcism.
