A Russian man named Maxim became the father of his fourth child. 45-year-old Maxim decided that he would now undergo a sterilization operation because he did not want more children. For this, he went to a local clinic named “Promeditsina” and got his operation done there by paying about 28 thousand rupees. After this he was healthy and his life was going on comfortably. Last year Maxim was shocked when his wife told him that she was pregnant again. After having his fifth child, the man reached the clinic and told the whole story.
Now the matter will reach the court
The clinic asked him to get a paternity test done. The test result showed that he is the father of all his children and he can become a father in future too. The clinic called this case a miracle and told the man that he should be happy. Although they also offered to return the money for the operation, Maxim refused. He says that he will take this case to court so that he can get compensation for his moral loss and for the upbringing of the fifth child. Let us tell you that such a case has already happened in Colombia, in which the court got the parents compensation for the upbringing of the child from the doctor who had done the sterilization operation wrongly.
