Riya Pandey/Delhi: Whenever we talk about the most delicious and famous momos, the name of Dolma Aunty’s momos located in Lajpat Nagar comes first. Those who go shopping in Lajpat Nagar, their shopping is considered incomplete without eating their momos. But these two couples from Nepal are giving competition to the age-old Dolma Aunty’s momos, because there is a huge crowd of people to eat momos at their stall and their momos have become very famous in Lajpat Nagar in a very short time.
Actually the name of this momos stall is Laxmi Momos Wala. This stall is run by a husband and wife from Nepal. While talking to the team of Local 18, the operator of this stall Khem Bahadur told that he has been setting up a momos stall with his wife Roop for 2 years. He told about the specialty of his momos that he makes his momos very cleanly and in Nepali style. Apart from this, his special chutney which is served with momos is homemade. He prepares everything from spices to other things with his own hands. He further told that more than 500 momos are sold in a day.
How many types of momos are available?
Khem Bahadur told that many types of food like veg, paneer and chicken momos, tandoori momos, magnet momos, kurkure momos will be available at the stall. Talking about their price, plates are available from ₹40 to 150 rupees. Please note that their stall remains closed on Mondays.
