In TV9’s Conclave, Aamir Khan confirmed that Sitare Zameen Par will release on Christmas. He said- ‘My next film as a lead actor is Sitare Zameen Par. Its shooting has started recently. We are trying to release it by the end of this year, on the occasion of Christmas, it is an entertaining film. I liked the story very much. The shooting of the film has also started.
Aamir further said- ‘Along with this, you will see me in small roles and not the lead in many films. Let’s see how the audience reacts. I am doing some small roles.
Aamir had confirmed some time ago that the back to back schedules of Sitare Zameen Par are going to start from February. Aamir has been preparing for this film for the last several months. He has also finalized his look for the film and has also done some reading sessions. Genelia Deshmukh will be seen in the lead role with Aamir in this film. This is the first film in which Aamir and Genelia will be seen together in lead roles.
