Aam Aadmi Party held a meeting on Monday under the chairmanship of former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia regarding the Delhi Assembly elections. In the meeting, the current politics of the country as well as the upcoming assembly elections were discussed in detail.
After the meeting, the party announced to start the Aapka Vidhayak-Aapke Dwar campaign in Delhi from September 1. Manish Sisodia’s padayatra will also continue with this campaign. MP Sanjay Singh, Delhi State Convenor Gopal Rai, Saurabh Bhardwaj, Atishi, Kailash Gehlot, Imran Hussain and others were present in the meeting.
After the meeting, the party’s National General Secretary (Organization) Dr. Sandeep Pathak said that in the campaign ‘Aapke Vidhayak-Aapke Dwar’, the party’s MLAs will hold meetings at the Mandal and booth levels to explain their work. They will also expose the conspiracy of the BJP. He said that Manish Sisodia’s padayatra is having a very positive impact.
On the question of five Aam Aadmi Party councillors joining the BJP, Dr. Sandeep Pathak said that our strength is from the people. If the BJP loses the election, then it tries to break the leaders of the parties. The leaders of AAP are strongly associated with the party.
People are angry against AAP MLAs: Sachdeva
New Delhi. State BJP president Virendra Sachdeva has targeted AAP’s Aapka Vidhayak Aapke Dwar campaign. He alleged that there is anger among the public against AAP MLAs. The biggest reason for this is corruption. The people of Delhi want relief from this. Arvind Kejriwal’s departure from Delhi is certain in the upcoming assembly elections. Sachdeva has said that the Aam Aadmi Party now seems completely politically desperate. For the last ten years, MLAs, councillors and Rajya Sabha MPs have remained disconnected from the public.
