The court has ordered the Kasganj Jail Superintendent to inspect the food of Mau MLA Abbas Ansari and ensure security under the surveillance of CC cameras. On April 6, when the business leader appeared through video conferencing in the land grabbing case, the MLA had said that there was a threat to his life in jail.
Hearing the application, the MP/MLA court and the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Swapan Anand have issued the order. This information was given to the media by MLA’s advocate Liaquat Ali. On the other hand, at 4.36 am on Saturday morning, the police took Abbas Ansari from the district jail to Kasganj jail with tight security.
Mau MLA Abbas Ansari’s advocate Liaquat Ali said that on April 6, there was a hearing in the MP/MLA Court and Chief Judicial Magistrate Swapan Anand’s court in the case of land grabbing of business leader Abu Fakhar Khan. During this time, Abbas Ansari appeared in the court through video conferencing from Kasganj jail.
He verbally described the danger in the jail and said that the food was not being checked. Anything mixed with food will be killed. An application was also submitted. While hearing this, the court has ordered the Kasganj Superintendent to keep the food under the surveillance of CC cameras and get the food checked in front of the CC cameras.
On the other hand, on the orders of the Supreme Court, he was brought from Kasganj jail to the district jail on April 10 to read Fatiha on the grave of his father Mukhtar Ansari. Three days later, when the time was over, the Mau MLA was taken from the District Jail to Kasganj Jail with tight security on Saturday morning.
