The actress had to wait for more than 19 hours for her luggage and she was stuck at the airport for several hours. In such a situation, Aditi has slammed British Airways by posting several posts on X.

Aditi wrote on Instagram, ‘British Airways and Heathrow Airport have reached an all time low! Flight from Mumbai landed in London at 2:15 pm. It is 6:02 pm now. Tired passengers, hungry children, people in wheelchair chairs waiting on empty luggage belts with no information and zero accountability other than QR codes, which are being given for an airport where the technology is said to be broken! Oh! Compensation is being offered for toilets. Thank you!’

Aditi waited for 5 hours for the goods
In another post, the actress wrote- ‘Waiting comfortably for 5 hours at the airport… and now I am leaving the airport without my bag like many other worried people. People who have medicines, epipens and other essential items. There is no assurance that we will get our luggage within 24 hours. Apologies are not enough for this big mess… it’s a shame.’

British Airways gave consolation
British Airways replied to Aditi’s post and said that she will get her luggage soon and gave a link from where she can buy the required items. British Airways wrote, ‘We apologize to Aditi. You will get your bag as soon as possible, if you leave the airport without it, you can buy any item of your need and claim it here.’

‘I can understand your pain’

Aditi did not stop here, she made further posts. In this she wrote- ’17 hours later… the story continues! British Airways, slow clap! Still waiting. Please give the suitcase. Also for all the people who sent me messages… I can understand your pain! At this time I just need my suitcase. (And for all those passengers who are very tensed and waiting).’

Aditi’s luggage was stuck for 19 hours
