Apple mobile shipments: Apple has sold the most smartphones globally in 2023, leaving behind Korean company Samsung. This has been revealed in the IDC report. After almost 13 years, Apple has left Samsung behind in terms of mobile shipments worldwide. The company has sold a total of 236.4 million mobile units in 2023, which is 8 million units more than Samsung.
According to the IDC report, global smartphone shipments have declined by 3.2% in 2023 and a total of 1.17 billion units were shipped, which is the lowest in the last 10 years.

At fourth and fifth position, Oppo remains in the top 5 with 103.1 million units and Transition with 94.9 million units.
