Gauhar/Delhi: Ever since Vada Pav has become famous in Delhi, people have been bringing something related to it in the market. Keeping this in view, Delhi’s famous Sikandar omelette seller has also started making omelette wala vada pav. Sikandar said that he gives full credit for this idea to Vada Pav girl Chandrika Dixit. Because he is the one who has made Vada Pav so famous in Delhi. After which now he has also started making Vada Pav with egg.
Sikandar told that to make Vada Pav with egg, first he mashes a boiled egg well. After which this Vada is made. In which he also adds some onion, coriander, chilli, tomato and a secret spice. After that he takes Vada Pav and fries it well in butter. After which they take another egg and make a half fried omelette. Apply chutney on vada pav and then place half fried omelette and bubble boiled eggs on it and then apply cheese on it. Which is then melted over fire and given to you to eat Vada Pav with two types of sweet and spicy chutneys. The rate of this Vada Pav is Rs 90.

Varun, who has been coming to their shop continuously for 5 years, said that he has eaten many types of omelettes at their shop. But this time the omelette they have mixed with vada pav is different in taste. They enjoyed eating this. A person named Vishal told that he is their regular customer, he comes there every day to eat omelette. When he came to know that they were now making egg vada pav, he came to their place to eat vada pav.

As soon as you come out of Gate No. 4 and come towards Sita Ram Bazaar, you will find this shop near Lal Darwaza. This shop remains open from 4 pm to 11:30 pm. You will find this shop closed only on Tuesdays.
