A PCR call was received on Tuesday night about a captain committing suicide at Gaurauda Sharat Officers Guest House located in Delhi Cantt area. When the gate of the room was broken, it was found that a dead body was hanging on the fan inside the room of Guest House No. 1 in the Officers’ Mess.
