A 22-year-old thief named Javier Rafael Camacho-Cepeda was caught by the police from Florida. The thief named Javier is alleged to have booked an Uber cab after he robbed a Des Moines bank. When the driver reached him, he took possession of the car by putting his gun to his head and fled the scene of the robbery with it. He had also gone a long way on Highway 35 and when the police caught him, he was only a short distance from the US-Canada border.
