Yuvraj Rathore, who is running a Ghamandi Lassi shop in Janjgir district headquarters, said that he has been running a lassi shop for the last 3-4 years. The reason for naming it Ghamandi Lassi is that his lassi has a different and very good taste. Whoever has drunk his lassi, comes back to drink it again and again. Yuvraj, the operator of Ghamandi Lassi, has also written his tag line that Ghamandi Lassi is a special lassi, “If you like it, tell others, if you find it bad, tell us.”

Lassi’s name is arrogant
When the reporter of Local 18 asked the operator Yuvraj about this tag line, he said that when the customer drinks Ghamandi lassi from his place, it tastes delicious and he should make his friends and family drink it and if there is any flaw in the lassi, he should tell us so that we can improve it further. But till date all the customers have praised it and no one has found any flaw in the lassi from his place, hence the name of our lassi is Ghamandi lassi.

250 to 300 glasses are sold every day
Yuvraj Rathore told that he sells Ghamandi Lassi at the price of 15 rupees to 30 rupees per glass. In which lassi is served in a full glass with coloured coconut, simple coconut and jam on top. Yuvraj sells 250 to 300 glasses of lassi every day.
