The assistant engineer of the electricity department named the martyr’s memorial on the basis of the document. Human rights advocate SK Jha has sent a notice to the Managing Director of NBPDCL (North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited) on behalf of law student Prafulla Kumar Srivastava, a resident of Shahpur Maricha of Maniyari police station area, after the matter came to notice.
