Real Estate Advisory Square Yards said in a statement on Friday, “He looked at the property registration documents related to this transaction.” The apartment sold by Akshay Kumar is located in Sky City. Sky City has been developed by Oberoi Realty and is spread over 25 acres. Square Yards said, “Akshay Kumar bought an apartment for Rs 2.38 crore in November 2017 and recently he has sold it for Rs 4.25 crore which shows a 78 percent increase in price.”
How much is the area of the apartment?
According to the report, the carpet area of the apartment sold by Akshay Kumar has 1,073 square feet. There is also parking to park two cars. In this transaction, stamp fee payment of Rs 25.5 lakh and registration fee of Rs 30,000 have also been given.
