Now the film’s director Ahmed Khan has reacted to these reports. According to Bollywood Life’s news, the makers have confirmed that the film has not been shelved and work on the film is ongoing. The film’s Mumbai and Kashmir schedule has been completed and now preparations are on to shoot the international schedule in October.
Ahmed Khan said that the news of the film being shelved is wrong. The next schedule of the film will be shot in October. The technical team has started preparations. 70 percent of the film is ready.

Talking about the film, apart from Akshay, stars like Raveena Tandon, Sunil Shetty, Arshad Warsi, Disha Patani, Aftab Shivdasani, Jacqueline Fernandez, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade will be seen in it. There were reports of the film being released in Christmas 2025. Now it is being said that the release date of the film can be extended.
Talking about Akshay’s work front, his film Khel Khel Mein is running in theatres. But despite good reviews, the film has flopped. The film also featured stars like Taapsee Pannu and Vaani Kapoor. Before this, Akshay’s films like Sirfira, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, Mission Raniganj, Samrat Prithviraj and Bachchan Pandey had also flopped.
