Mahant Yogi Kaushalnath told that it has been decided by the temple committee that non-Hindus coming to the temple will not be allowed to enter for worship. The SIT has been constituted after some Muslims entered Trimbakeshwar temple in the past. Since Muslims do not come to the temple for the purpose of worship and they must have had some purpose or the other. Which only the investigating agencies will be able to decide. No such incident should happen in Aligarh, so it has been decided to ban the entry of Muslims in the temple. He said that there was a complaint from some devotees that some devotees come to the temple wearing unlimited mutilated clothes, jeans pants, half pants etc.
He said that Hindu devotees are requested to follow the dress code in the temple.
