There is rarely a spare day in the week, otherwise the city would grapple with traffic jams for several hours a day. All-out efforts are being made by the police administration to get the citizens out of the jam, but auto-e-rickshaws have a big hand in destroying this system. There is no fixed route for them, no stopping place. Neither do traffic rules matter to them, nor do they stop at traffic lights. These vehicles running with disorder do 50 percent work in sabotaging the city’s traffic system.

If we start the matter from Rasalganj intersection near SP city office, then there is also a police post there. Even after this, haphazardly parked autos, e-rickshaw drivers can be seen filling passengers. The same situation is seen at Kabarkutta, Company Bagh, Dubey Padav, Etah Chungi, Sasni Gate, Sarsaul, Jamalpur, Quarsi intersection. At all the above intersections, these vehicles are seen standing randomly and teasing the system. Promotes jam. The situation is such that jam starts from one intersection and its effect starts reaching the other intersection. The role of the traffic personnel standing there also seems suspicious because when there is information about the arrival of a senior officer or VVIP, the traffic personnel will be seen running them. This does not happen in the rest of the time.

The worst condition is due to e-rickshaws, which promote jam in narrow streets and narrow markets. Whether we talk about Dodpur, Maris Road, Laldiggi, Samad Road in Civil Lines or Sarai Hakim, Barhadwari, Dehli Gate, Manik Chowk, Mamu Bhanja, Halwai Khana, Railway Road, Jaiganj in the old city. These e-rickshaws have become a major cause of jams everywhere.
