Counseling of AMU student Ghulam Muiuddin, who was sent to jail on charges of killing his parents in Zakir Nagar of Quarsi in Aligarh, has started in the district jail. The doctor spoke to him on Thursday to understand his mental condition. In a ten-minute conversation, he accepted only one thing that his mother was step-mother, so he killed his father along with his mother.

Evidence of his drug addiction is also being found in the conversation. However, the doctors have not reached any conclusion yet. Initially, he is believed to be a victim of Delusion Disorder, in which one believes imaginary things to be true. Now the next class of counseling will be on Saturday.

His daily routine was also observed during this counselling. In which it was found that he was not talking to anyone. Yes, he eats food on time and sleeps on time. His eyes gave evidence of his drug addiction. In the initial conversation, he tried to trick the doctor. Later he somehow agreed to answer some questions.

Let us inform that Imam Ishaq Ali and his wife Shehzadi Begum, residents of Rampur, were murdered by their son while sleeping in the room last Wednesday night. Whose live video also went viral. He confessed to the police that his mother was his step-mother. He was afraid that she would kill him. Because of this he committed this murder. Counseling has been started for the youth accused of killing his parents. He is under strict surveillance. Further steps will be taken on him as per the doctor’s advice.- Brijendra Yadav, Senior Jail Superintendent
