During a conversation with Local 18, Saurabh Doval says that his cafe is the first cafe in Rishikesh, where ragi momos were made and served. He says that initially when he served these momos, people did not like their taste much. But now people come to eat ragi momos by inquiring the address of his cafe. Saurabh explains that these momos are not only tasty but also beneficial for health. Talking about the price, you will get these ragi momos for just Rs.100.

Saurabh tells that Ragi Momo was suggested to him by his father. Maida and Atta are used by all but Ragi is used by few. That’s why something should be made using ragi. This suggestion was from his father. After which he made these momos and fed them to everyone, in the beginning people did not like its taste much, but now everyone mostly comes to this cafe to eat momos here.
