A student has accused the Head of Department (HOD) of Sanskrit Department in Jamia Millia Islamia University of molestation. The BA Honors student has alleged that the Head of Department called her in the room, put his hand on her waist and asked her to kiss him. After this, the Head of Department kissed her hand. She somehow managed to get out of the room and told the whole thing to her friends and brother. The professor has been suspended after the student’s complaint to Jamia’s ICC (Internal Complaint Committee).
