1. Salt and Mustard Oil
Salt is considered very good for cleaning the tongue. For this, mix a few drops of mustard oil in some salt and apply it on the tongue. After this, clean the dirt accumulated on the tongue by rubbing it gently with the back part of the brush.
2. Curd
Curd is also considered a very good option for cleaning the tongue. This removes dirt and white layer thoroughly. Actually, probiotics and lactic acid are found in curd. Take one spoon of curd and apply it on the tongue and clean it with the back of the brush.
3. Baking Soda and Lemon Juice
Baking soda cleans the dirt of the tongue well. Take some baking soda and mix lemon juice in it. Make a paste of it and massage it on the tongue with the help of finger tip. After some time, rinse with warm water. This will clean the tongue thoroughly.
4. Vegetable Glycerine
Vegetable glycerin can also be useful in cleaning the tongue. For this, take a little glycerine, put it on the tongue and clean it with a brush. After this rinse with warm water. The tongue will be thoroughly cleaned.
5. Turmeric
Turmeric is also one of the many home remedies to clean the tongue. Make a paste by mixing a little lemon juice in turmeric powder and then apply it on the tongue and massage it with the finger tip. Rinse with warm water after some time.
