Sensational revelations are coming to the fore after the surrender of Abdul Kavi, the shooter of Mafia Atiq, who has been absconding for 18 years in the BSP MLA Raju Pal murder case. In the year 2006, not only the license of the rifle was approved in the name of Abdul Kavi, accused in the murder case, but the license was also renewed on August 24, 2009. Not only this, in the year 2015, the shooter also registered a unique ID on his license copy in the Arms Section located at the Collectorate.
Now the big question is that the poet who was being searched by the CBI and the police after being declared a fugitive for 18 years, reached the police station and the collectorate and got his weapon renewed and the police did not even get a clue about it. Accused in the murder of Raju Pal on January 25, 2005, this shooter also had a lot of influence in the government machinery. The poet left no stone unturned in using the officers of the police-administration.
According to the police records, after the murder of Raju Pal, Parshuram Singh, Inspector of Dhoomanganj police station, got its explanation. They did not reveal the name of Abdul Kavi in their supplementary charge sheet. Whereas, the poet was named in the incident. The investigator wrote in his supplementary charge sheet that there is no person named Abdul Kavi. After this, the discussion got to Surendra Singh and he brought the name of the shooter poet to light.
