Initially, he introduced ragi momos in this cafe, after which the thought came to his mind why not experiment with pasta. That’s why apart from white sauce pasta, red sauce pasta and pink sauce pasta, he introduced Kafli pasta in his cafe. Let us tell you that Kafli is a kind of mountain vegetable, which is very beneficial for health.
Taste and health in pasta
He further explains that this pasta is not only tasty but also healthy. Because pasta made from flour is used in it. Also its sauce is made from Kafli. Kafli paste is made and cooked well, after which flour pasta is added to it and mixed using some spices. It is as delicious in taste as it is beneficial for health.
