Stomach was not full of wages so started this work
Rajesh told that after increasing the responsibility of the family, we went to the state. Where I used to work as a laborer, but my family was not able to run properly due to the amount of wages we used to get in the state. But when we came to the village, our family members suggested that we do this work. After which we took a handcart after doing wages in the village. Then started making potato pakoras on the cart. In the initial phase, very few customers used to come. But gradually the customers started increasing after seeing the taste of our pakoras. One potato pakora costs Rs.5. Even Rajesh is not able to guess how much Pakora is made.
This is how pakora is made
Rajesh told during the conversation that whatever material we use in making potato pakoda, it is all of good quality. So that people do not get harmed in any way. In pakoras, first of all we boil potatoes and fry them in mustard oil, adding various spices to it, then prepare a paste of pure gram flour. After that make small tikkis of fried potatoes. Then after applying potato tikki in gram flour paste, fry it in oil. Let the pakora cook until it turns red. That’s the way we make it. We add other types of spices, due to which our pakoda becomes tasty. Because of which people like it a lot.
