Cyber criminals also provide links with viruses in these messages, with the help of which the username, password and payment details of people’s accounts reach the hackers. Many such cases of cyber fraud have come to light in the US. Where people have been cheated by creating fake sites.
Keep these things in mind while shopping online
People have to be alert to avoid cyber fraud. While shopping from any online platform, definitely check its URL. If you see any mistake in it, then immediately leave it. Apart from this, always pay attention whether the URL starts with http or not. Create a strong password for your account. Do not share account details with anyone. Do not click on any unknown link received on email.
