Old coins and paper notes from all over the world can be bought and sold at Amritpecs running at Pragati Maidan. More than 500 coins are available such as Sau, the old coin of Montreal made in 1838, Anna of Oman made in 1898. Joseph of Kochi has come to the ongoing stamp exhibition at Pragati Maidan with coins and currency. He also has gold and silver coins of different dynasties of the country.
Along with the exhibition of postage stamps in hall five of Pragati Maidan, the second birth centenary of Louis Braille, who gave the blind people the ability to read and write, is also being celebrated.
