Something similar happened when a man thought that his girlfriend was joking with him but she became so ill that she died before she could go to the hospital. This entire incident happened in an airline flight. This incident surprised everyone.
This incident of American Airlines happened with a woman named Stephanie Smith when she was going from Dominica Republic to North Carolina on February 28. This incident has also been shared by her friend Maria Yonoti. At that time Maria herself was going on a holiday in another flight.
Meanwhile, when Maria called Stephanie, her boyfriend picked up the phone and told that she was sitting right next to him and her eyes were moving backward, her head was tilted back. She is making the same kind of joke as she does all the time. But then she started convulsing.

A doctor and nurse immediately tried to help Stephanie, 41, and administered CPR before the plane landed on the Turks and Caicos Islands. He was immediately taken to the hospital after the plane landed, but unfortunately he died. This incident was a very tragic accident for Stephanie’s boyfriend.
Yanotti told ABC News that Stephane used to go to the gym every day in the Dominican. She used to wake up on time in the morning and then go for a run on the beach. Stephanie’s co-passengers in the flight told that she was very happy and talking while boarding the flight.

Stephanie’s family has said that they are sending one of their own doctors to the Caribbean for post-mortem so that it can be clear how exactly she died before her body comes to America for the last rites. Providenciales International Airport and The Royal Turks and Caicos Islands issued statements on their Facebook pages expressing regret over the tragic incident.
