Anant Ambani On Vantara Initiative: Reliance Industries and Reliance Foundation on Monday (26 February) launched Vantara, an initiative related to animal welfare. It is an initiative of Anant Ambani, Director of Reliance Industries Limited, dedicated to the rescue, treatment, care and rehabilitation of animals.

Anant Ambani, younger son of Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani, has cited Sanatan Dharma as the main reason behind his attachment to animals. Referring to Lord Krishna and other Gods and Goddesses, he said that everyone loves animals and there is a soul in all of them.

What did Anant Ambani say about his love for animals?

In response to a question regarding his attachment to animals, Anant Ambani while talking to News 18 India said, “Sanatan (religion) inspired me a lot… Whatever we are, we all are because of God. Shri Krishna used to say – Elephant, horse, palanquin, Jai Kanhaiya Lal and Shri Krishna’s most favorite ones were cow, elephant and horse. Every one of our gods or goddesses, every one’s vehicle was an animal, every one’s beloved was also an animal…”

He said, “I have learned from Sanatan that every life is one, be it a human being or a bird or an animal or an elephant, whatever, it is one and very few people get the opportunity to serve.” ‘

Anant Ambani said, “I am very thankful to God and I am very grateful to God for giving me the opportunity to serve such animals and it is a very fortunate thing for me…”

Vantara is spread over 3000 acres

Spread over 3,000 acres within the green belt of Reliance’s Jamnagar Refinery Complex in Gujarat, Vantara aims to become one of the leading contributors to conservation efforts globally.

Anant Ambani said that serving animals is his passion and since childhood, his mother had taught him how to serve animals and different creatures. He said, “Mother taught me that serving the voiceless animals is the greatest service, it is the most virtuous service and that is religion…” He said that with this idea in mind, he started doing this work since childhood. had started. Anant Ambani told that he started serving pets in his childhood.

He said, “So far, more than 25 thousand wild animals have been rescued here.” We have also taken care of many animals, we have sent teams from here to all over India, sent them to zoos, we helped different forest departments, they also supported us a lot…”
