In an interview given to India Today, Anant Ambani revealed the special reason for his pre-wedding function to be held in Jamnagar, Gujarat. Anant said that PM Modi had recently appealed to get married in India. This appeal of PM Modi has impressed her a lot and hence she decided to get married in the country itself.
Regarding holding the pre-wedding function in Jamnagar, Anant said that his grandmother was born in Jamnagar. Apart from this, his grandfather Dhiru Bhai Ambani and his father Mukesh Ambani also started their business from this place. Anant further said that he grew up in Jamnagar only. In such a situation, he has a special attachment to this place. This is the birthplace of his grandparents and the workplace of his grandparents. Therefore, it is their good fortune that their wedding functions are taking place here.
Ananth-Radhika will have a grand wedding in July
Let us tell you that after the pre-wedding function in Jamnagar, Gujarat, Anant and Radhika will have a royal wedding in Mumbai in July. This will be the biggest wedding of this year. Everyone’s eyes are on Anant and Radhika’s wedding. Let us tell you that the couple got engaged in a traditional Roka ceremony held at Shrinathji temple in Nathdwara, Rajasthan in July and December 2022. Their Gol Dhana ceremony took place on January 19, 2023.
