CPI-M raised questions
CPI-M leader K. Govinda Rao said that due to lack of facilities and employment opportunities, tribal people are forced to migrate to different places in search of work. Contractors send their agents in search of labourers. They pay them all at once as an advance amount for working for a certain period. After completion of the contract the tribal people return home.
