‘Ramayana: The Legend of Prince Rama’ is a joint production of Japan and India. This film was released in 1992. It is based on the Indian epic ‘Ramayana’. This film was directed by Koichi Sasaki and Ram Mohan. Its music was given by Vanraj Bhatia.
The film revolves around Prince Rama, an incarnation of Lord Vishnu, who embarks on a journey to rescue his wife Sita, who has been abducted by the demon king Ravana. It is one of the earliest animated depictions of a major Hindu text.
‘Ramayana: The Legend of Prince Rama’ is releasing during the Indian festive season of Dussehra and Diwali. The film by Geek Pictures India, AA Films and Excel Entertainment is all set to enthrall audiences across the country.
