Another case has been registered against Bhupendra Chaudhary in Mathura’s Govardhan police station. This case has been registered on the orders of SSP. In this, Bhagat Singh Jadoun Advocate son of Ghure Singh resident Baldevpuri Maholi Road has alleged that he had bought a land in Julhendi, Govardhan with his partner Alakh Niranjan Singh Advocate Bhagwan Singh and Bhagwan Singh Meena. The deal was fixed for Rs 64,68,000 with the land owner Prahlad, Kailash and Suresh sons of Amri alias Amar Singh resident Julhendi. Rs 45 lakh was given as advance through various cheques. The remaining amount was decided to be given at the time of sale deed.
The time limit for doing the sale deed was fixed as 12 months. Meanwhile, the above sellers Prahlad, Kailash and Suresh had to complete all the legal formalities, get the land measured on the spot, pay the loan and inform the applicants through registered post and do the sale deed. In this way, by writing an agreement, the above Prahlad, Kailash and Suresh got it written by affixing their photographs and thumb impressions and got it registered before the Sub Registrar Mathura.
Bhupendra Chaudhari and Sushil Chaudhari knowingly made a deal for purchasing the land knowing that the agreement for the said land had already been made in the name of the applicants. On May 26, it was learnt that Bhupendra Chaudhari, Sushil Chaudhari, Rupesh, Prahlad, Kailash, Suresh along with their 15 other companions tried to make a boundary on the said land by hiring labourers at around 12 o’clock in the night. When he reached the spot on receiving the information, they fired bullets there. Also, they misbehaved and threatened. CO Govardhan Alok Singh said that a case has been registered in the matter. Let us tell you that on Friday, the people of Gurukripa Colony also complained to the SSP against Bhupendra and his bouncers that these people have created an atmosphere of fear there.
