Apna Dal (S) National President and Union Minister Anupriya Patel has once again raised the demand to remove the irregularities in reservation in the recruitment of 69 thousand teachers and also to conduct caste census. He said that the backward and Dalit candidates who appeared for teacher recruitment should get justice. Regarding caste census, he said that his party has been raising this issue regularly. However, he held Congress and SP responsible for not conducting caste census till now.
Anupriya was talking to journalists after the party’s monthly meeting held at Rabindralay Auditorium in Charbagh of the capital on Wednesday. On the question of caste census, he said that the census process is going to start soon. Therefore, his party demands that caste census should be conducted in the census process. In this regard, the party has presented its stand in the NDA meetings.
Taking aim at Congress and SP, he said that Congress has been in power at the Center and SP has been in power several times in UP, but while in power, both these parties never remembered the caste census. Both the parties have a new love for caste census. In Bihar, the government conducted caste census whenever it wanted. Similarly, SP should have done the same in UP.
NDA candidates will win all 10 seats
Anupriya said that NDA will win all 10 seats in the by-elections. Every worker of Apna Dal (S) will work for the victory of the NDA candidate. He said that Apna Dal (S) will organize a district level program on the death anniversary of Sardar Patel.
Anupriya became emotional
During the worker conference, Anupriya became emotional remembering her father Dr. Sonelal Patel. Recalling the condolence meeting organized at Rabindralay after the death of Dr. Sonelal, she said that then I had come as a daughter. At that time the party leaders had handed over the reins of the party. On this occasion, party’s working president Ashish Patel said that the party does performance appraisal.
