Apple foldable iPhone: Discussions about Apple’s first foldable iPhone are intensifying. According to the tech analyst Ming-Chi Kuo and Digital Chat Station, this foldable iPhone will come with a 7.8-inch main display while its cover display will be 5.5-inch when folded. It is clear from this that Apple has almost finalized its plans regarding the hardware of the device. In terms of design, this phone is going to be a book-style fold, just like Samsung Galaxy Z Fold. That is, this horizontal will open, not vertically, as seen in Galaxy Z Flip. Apple is planning to use the Liquid metal regarding strength, especially in its hinge mechanism. This material has already been used by the company in small components, such as SIM Ejector PIN, and makes it a great option.
Will be diluted
Apple aims to make the foldable iPhone extremely thin. According to reports, its thickness will be only 4.5mm when it is unfolded, while it will be between 9mm and 9.5mm when folded. To make it a lighter and compact, the company can probably remove the face ID and instead it can integrate the touch ID sensor in the power button itself. Apart from this, there is also a possibility of titanium frame in this device, which will have its build quality premium.
Apple regarding the battery can use high-denture battery in this device, although no concrete information has been revealed about its accurate capacity. But it is expected that Apple is focusing on creating it more power-entry, which makes the battery backup long.

However, this foldable iPhone will be available in the market only by the end of 2026 as its mass production is likely to start at this time. But another important aspect is its possible price, which is said to be about $ 2,300 (about Rs 1,98,000).
