Ingredients for making apple pudding
Apple – 2
Milk – 1 liter
Cashew – 1 tbsp
Pistachio – 1 tbsp
Raisins – 1 tbsp
Green cardamom – 3-4
Baking soda – half a pinch
Sugar – 1 cup (as per taste)

Apple Kheer Recipe
To make apple kheer, first put milk in a pan and keep it on medium flame to heat. Keep stirring till the milk starts boiling. Milk has to be boiled till it remains half. By stirring the milk, it will not stick to the bottom of the pan. While the milk is heating, cut cashews and pistachios into fine pieces. After this break the stems of raisins and separate them and crush cardamom.

Now take the apples, wash them thoroughly and then peel them and grate them in a bowl. When the milk starts boiling, put half a pinch of baking soda in it. After this add grated apple to the milk and mix it well with a ladle. Now let it cook for 2 more minutes. When the apple is cooked and the kheer starts to thicken, add chopped cashews and pistachios to it.

After mixing cashews, raisins and pistachios, add sugar as per taste to the kheer and mix well. Now stir the kheer and let it cook for 2-3 minutes. After this add ground cardamom to the kheer and mix and turn off the gas. Your delicious apple kheer is ready. Now put the apple kheer in the serving bowl and serve the apple kheer by adding dry fruits on top.
