American tech company Apple may launch the next generation Vision headset next year i.e. in 2025. There are speculations that their price will be low and the company will also launch an affordable version. Along with the next generation Vision Pro, Apple can also bring a mainstream headset, which can be named Apple Vision. Actually, due to the expensive price of Apple Vision Pro, it has not become popular. The company is also troubled by this and now it is trying to bring them at cheaper prices.
What will be available in Next Generation Vision Pro?
The current Apple Vision Pro comes with M2 chipset. Some leaks have revealed that the next generation Vision Pro can be equipped with M5 chip. Apple has not yet given any information about this chip. It is being said in the reports that Apple may source some of its components from companies other than Sony so that its price can be kept low. It is currently being sold in America for $3,499 (approximately Rs 3 lakh), due to which its sales are being affected.
What is known about Apple Vision?
Apple Vision will be brought as an affordable version so that this device can be made available to more and more people. To keep its price low, a lower quality display can be installed. Apple can provide LCD displays with glass-based OLED or LTPO backplane technology. These displays are known for providing great performance at low cost. It is expected to be launched with Apple Vision Pro. However, an Apple analyst says that the company has postponed its production and it is expected to hit the market only after 2027.
