The price of iPhone has come down
India’s Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman recently presented the Union Budget 2024. In this budget, the Finance Minister announced a reduction in the basic duty on mobile phones, chargers and other device components. The Government of India has reduced the basic customs duty on mobile phones from 20% to 15%. This reduction is going to affect the price of mobile phones. This means that now mobile phones will become cheaper in India.
The price of iPhone Pro and Pro Max models has decreased the most. The price of these models has decreased from Rs 5100 to Rs 6000. At the same time, the price of iPhone 13, 14 and 15 i.e. base models made in India has been reduced by Rs 300.
