Mohini Dey Announces Divorce: Oscar winning music composer AR Rahman has divorced his wife after 29 years of marriage. After the announcement of AR Rahman’s divorce, his troupe’s guitarist Mohini Dey has also announced divorce from her husband Hartsch. While posting on social media, he has appealed to people not to judge him.
Mohini Dey and Hartsch have issued a joint statement on Instagram. With this he said- ‘With a heavy heart, Mark and I announce that we have separated. First of all, as a commitment to our friends and family, this is a mutual understanding between us. Although we remain very good friends, we both decided that we wanted different things in life and an amicable separation was the best way to move forward.
Mohini Dey will work together even after divorce
The guitarist further wrote- ‘We will still work together on many projects, including MaMoGi and Mohini Day Group. We’ve always been proud of the good work we do together, and that’s not going to stop any time soon. The biggest thing we want to wish is love for everyone in the world. We appreciate the support you have given us in every way.
This appeal was made to the people
Mohini Dey further appealed – ‘Please respect the decision taken by us at this time by being positive and respecting our privacy. We would love it if you don’t judge us.
Who is Mohini Dey?
Mohini De is a bass player from Kolkata, she is a part of Gaan Bangla’s Wind of Change. He has performed with Rahman in more than 40 shows across the world and also released his own debut album in August 2023.
