Desi Maggie Tadka Recipe: Whenever it comes to Maggi, everyone has many memories associated with its taste. You need these ingredients to make it
Garlic cloves – 10-15 pcs
Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Oregano – 1 teaspoon
Chili flakes – 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar – 1/2 teaspoon
salt as per taste
Butter
2 packets boiled maggi
Chopped vegetables (of your choice like capsicum, carrots, peas, corns)
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
1 spoon oil
Make Maggi with Desi Tadka like this
First of all, add garlic cloves, sugar, chili flakes, salt in a mortar and grind these spices well. While crushing it, also add melted butter in it. Now grind this spice and keep it aside. On the other hand, just like you boil pasta in water, boil your Maggi in water also. Now heat one spoon oil in a pan. Add crushed garlic masala and Maggi masala to it and fry well. Now add chopped onion, chopped capsicum and tomato to this masala. During this time, you can add whatever vegetables you want. Now let these vegetables roast with spices. Once the spices are roasted, add boiled Maggi to it. Mix it well with spices and voila, your spicy desi tadka Maggi is ready.
