Chicken fry sold at a shop in Jatavpuri for the last many years is quite famous and people even get chicken fry packed from here to Delhi. Chicken fry is prepared well with pure spices at this shop, famous by the name of Wakin Khan. There is a huge crowd at this shop in the evening, due to which 30 to 40 kg of chicken fry is easily sold daily.
Vakil Khan, who runs a chicken fry shop at Jatavpuri crossing in Firozabad, told Local 18 that his shop is 15 years old and when he started this shop, he used to prepare and sell fish and chicken at Rs 50 per kg, but gradually times changed and he started selling it at the rate of per kg.

Vakil Khan told that he prepares two types of chicken fry at his place, fish and chicken. He prepares it in pure mustard oil. First of all, he brings fresh meat and washes it well in water. After that, he mixes his ground spices in it and then cooks it in hot mustard oil. Along with this, he makes his special chutney, with which eating is a different pleasure. The shopkeeper says that whoever eats chicken fry from his place once, comes to him again and again.
People even go to Delhi and pack it and take it with them
Shopkeeper Vakil Khan told that the work of preparing chicken fry at his shop starts at 12 noon and chicken fry starts selling from 4 pm, in fact sometimes customers come earlier and then wait for hours. His shop at Jatavpuri is so famous that if anyone is going to Agra or Delhi, they get chicken fry packed from here and take it with them. Currently, chicken fry is available at his shop at the rate of Rs 280 to Rs 320.
