The taste of this chaat is so infused in Godda that whoever has eaten this chaat in his school days 20 to 30 years ago, has not been able to forget its taste till now.

Selling chaat since 1994
Arjun Sah, who sells chaat, told that he has been selling chaat at this square since 1994. Where he wakes up at 4 o’clock every day. After preparing all the things by 6 o’clock, they come to this square to enjoy the chaat. Where school and tuition children like their chaat very much in the morning. Where chaat is served in a plate for Rs 20. Hundreds of customers eat their chaat from 6 am to 9 am. Along with chaat, people also like the pani puri of his shop. Where 6 pani puris are given for 10 rupees. Arjun Sah earns Rs 1000 to 1500 daily by selling chaat. In the last 30 years, Arjun Sah sold chaat and married his four daughters and all four of his sons do government jobs.

How to make chaat
Arjun Baba makes chaat in a completely desi style. Where chaat is made by adding potato tikki, kachori, home-made red chilli powder, tamarind sour, green chilli chutney water and finely chopped green chillies and coriander leaves to the potato pea chickpeas.
